Short version: We do not collect personal data directly. The app uses Apple services for In-App Purchases and optionally Game Center. Purchase processing is handled by Apple. We store game progress (such as coins/gems and settings) locally on your device.

1) Who we are

2) Data we collect

2.1 Data you provide

We do not require account registration and we do not ask you to provide personal information inside the App.

2.2 Data stored locally on your device

The App stores certain game data locally on your device to make the game work, such as:

In-game wallet values (e.g., coins/gems), owned items/characters
Game settings (e.g., language, sound preferences)
Best score / max wave (for gameplay display)

On the web version (if you open the same game in a browser), these may be saved using localStorage.

2.3 Purchases (In-App Purchases)

The App offers consumable purchases (e.g., gem packs). All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive your full payment information (such as credit card details).

Apple may provide us with non-personal transaction information necessary to validate purchases (for example, whether a purchase succeeded). Purchase handling and receipts are governed by Apple’s policies.

2.4 Game Center

If you choose to use Game Center features (such as leaderboards), Apple may process Game Center data according to your Game Center settings and Apple’s policies. We do not access your real name; Game Center may display your nickname/alias.

2.5 Analytics / Tracking

We do not run third-party advertising SDKs and we do not use third-party tracking for targeted advertising. (If this changes in a future version, we will update this policy.)

3) How we use data

To operate the App and save your progress locally
To deliver purchased consumable items (gems) after Apple confirms a successful purchase
To show leaderboards if you use Game Center
To respond to support requests you send us

4) Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data in these cases:

Apple: In-App Purchases and Game Center are provided by Apple.
Legal: if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

5) Children’s privacy

The App is a game and is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children. We do not request personal data from users. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us by email, contact us and we will delete it.

6) Data retention

Game data stored locally remains on your device until you delete the App or clear the App’s data. If you contact us via email, we keep the email only as long as needed to respond and for support records.

7) Security

We use reasonable measures to protect data we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8) Your choices

You can delete the App to remove locally stored game data.
You can manage Game Center access in iOS Settings.
Purchases are managed by Apple; you can view subscriptions/purchase history in your Apple ID settings.

9) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” above when changes are made.
